We want you to love your Faithfull the Brand pieces; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
